This Cookie Policy explains how BPI VENTURES GLOBAL – FZCO ("dtcpilot", "we" or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website at dtcpilot.io and in the dtcpilot application at app.dtcpilot.io. The short version: our website sets no cookies and uses no trackers, and our app uses only what it needs to keep you signed in and secure. Read this policy together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They are widely used to keep users signed in, remember preferences and protect sites from abuse, and some are used to track people across websites for analytics or advertising. Similar technologies include local storage, which lets a website save small amounts of data in your browser, as well as pixels and tracking scripts.
Cookies are "first-party" when they are set by the site you are visiting and "third-party" when they are set by another domain. They are "strictly necessary" when a service cannot work without them, and "non-essential" when they are used for purposes such as analytics or advertising.
2. Our marketing website
The dtcpilot.io marketing website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any other tracking technologies. Our fonts are self-hosted, so loading our pages does not send requests to third-party font services.
Our website is hosted and delivered by our content delivery network, Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks and automated abuse, Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request logs. In some cases, for example when bot protection is triggered, strictly necessary security cookies may be set by our CDN to confirm that a visitor is legitimate. These cookies are not used to track you or to build a profile of you.
3. The dtcpilot app
When you sign in to app.dtcpilot.io, we use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries. They are first-party and are used only to provide the service you have asked for.

Because these technologies are strictly necessary to provide the app, they do not require consent under applicable law. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies in the app.
4. Third-party cookies
Apart from the CDN security cookies described in Section 2, we do not allow third parties to set cookies through our website or app. Some pages may link to third-party websites. If you follow those links, the third-party service may set its own cookies under its own policies, which we do not control.
5. No consent banner
We do not show a cookie consent banner because we do not use any non-essential cookies or trackers. If we ever decide to introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before setting them, where the law requires it.
6. How to control cookies
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies and local storage through their settings. You can usually find these controls under "Privacy", "Security" or "Site data" in your browser's settings or help pages. You can clear local storage for app.dtcpilot.io in the same place. If you block or delete strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to or use the dtcpilot app, although the marketing website will continue to work.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to indicate that you do not want to be tracked. Because we do not track visitors or users for analytics or advertising, and do not sell or share personal information, our practices already match what these signals ask for, and we honor them. 8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our use of cookies and similar technologies changes. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
